3. Cancellation Rights and Refund Eligibility

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, clients maintain a 14-day window to request a full refund, provided that no service performance has begun. However, at Kaverlynx, we extend this window to 30 days for projects that have not yet reached the commencement stage.
